Allison Brewton, LCPC
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Allison is a Marine Veteran who served with distinction in Afghanistan, where she faced the harsh realities of combat firsthand. Upon leaving the military and adjusting to a “new normal,” she experienced further tragic events, putting her in a very dark place.
Her journey toward recovery began when she sought help from a mental health provider, a decision that profoundly changed her life. Through dedicated treatment and unwavering support from providers and her family, Allison not only found relief from her symptoms but also discovered a life’s calling. While deeply challenging, she realized that her experiences equipped her with unique insights and empathy for others facing similar battles. Motivated by a desire to give back, Allison spent nearly a decade pursuing a career in mental health.
“We are so fortunate to have Allison on our care team. Her story is one of resilience and transformation. It highlights the profound impact of seeking help, the support of others, and the power of turning personal struggle into an opportunity to heal and help others. I know Allison will inspire and change lives, embodying the strength and courage of a true hero and healer.”

A note from Alison “To those seeking mental healthcare. Please know that you are worth it! The symptoms you are feeling are a result of the trauma you experienced, not punishment. Together, we can get you (or someone you care about) to a better place. Together, we make that difference.”
