Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Mary brings over a decade of experience in counseling, case management, and education, with a strong background in addictions support. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Her counseling approach blends existential and humanistic perspectives with cognitive therapy and mindfulness, aiming to empower patients by validating strengths while addressing self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. Mary has worked extensively with adults facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and more, including first responders and military personnel.
She strives to create a safe, supportive space where patients can explore challenges and leave with a clearer focus and sense of empowerment. Outside of work, she has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, equine-assisted therapy, and NAMI.
